Stop building on Hill Farm in Hempsted
A planning application to build 245 dwellings at Hill Farm, Hempsted has been received by Gloucester City Council. It is contrary to the Cordon Sanitaire, which protects the land from development.
Dr Rebeca Trimnell, has written to the council to oppose the plans. As lead petitioner she will keep signatories updated on progress of this petition.
I/We the undersigned oppose the planning application 20/00315/OUT for the building of 245 dwellings at Hill Farm. The site is within the Cordon Sanitaire which protects the land from development. The council must refuse this application and ensure that it mounts a robust defence should the applicant appeal to the Planning Inspectorate.
