Bin the Brown Bin Poll Tax
The Brown Bin Poll Tax, is an unfair charge on every home, when refuse collections are supposed to be paid for as part of the existing Council Tax and grant from the Scottish Government. Unfortunately the SNP/Greens Scottish Government coalition have continued unnecessary austerity with local council funding settlements, and forced Stirling Council to introduce the Brown Bin Poll Tax. To tackle the Climate Emergency and look after the environment, we must encourage recycling.
